You now have access to TWO pipeline views dedicated to identifying if a borrower’s loan portal account is tied to WebCenter or Consumer Connect...
Pipeline View #1: "Consumer Connect Search"
Pipeline View #2: "Borrower Portal Search-WebCenter"
**Titles changed as of 01/07/2020 to be seen in the users pipeline dropdown list**
The site assignment changes key loan activities, such as how/where a loan officer eSigns documents (i.e. the 1003).
Here is how you can use the pipeline views to determine the site assignment for the borrower(s):
Search for the borrower's loan within either pipeline view.
Consumer Connect
If the loan is found within the Consumer Connect Search pipeline, the loan is tied to Consumer Connect and the Consumer Connect SiteID will either be blank or 6998052639.
WebCenter
If the loan found with the WebCenter Search pipeline, the loan is tied to the WebCenter and a WebsiteID will be assigned to the loan.
Loan Account is tied to websiteID.mortgage-application.net

All borrower accounts, regardless of the assigned Loan Officer, are “housed” under one site so one link can be used universally. This is opposite of the WebCenter sites, which requires special links depending on how the account was created.
Link Option #1: Go to Loan Officer Website [i.e. Derek.PeoplesNationalBank.com] & Click Link for Borrower Loan Portal
Link Option #2: https://pnbmortgage.mymortgage-online.com/?borrowerportal&siteid=6998052639
Link Option #3: https://pnbmortgage.mymortgage-online.com & Click the Log In to Borrower Portal button
If needed, you can provide the borrower(s) with the following link(s) in order to access the loan portal. These links will only be useful if the borrower already has an account created in WebCenter.
Link Option #1: Website ID (found on pipeline view) + .mortgage-application.net ---- example: https://9867550105.mortgage-application.net -->This is an example only
Link Option #2: https://www.mortgageapplication.net/MyAccount/AccountLogin.aspx
