  • Prospective borrowers will locate and click the APPLY NOW button on the Loan Officer’s website
  • The APPLY NOW button on the Loan Officer’s website directs the borrower to the Peoples National Bank Log In screen for the Borrower Portal

  • In order to complete an online application, the borrower must create an account
  • The Log In information used throughout the loan is the username and password created at this point, using the “Create Account” button

Borrower Experience for Email Verification...

  • Borrower will receieve an email from "Online Loan Application"
  • Click the link in the email to verify the email address to complete the account creation process

NOTE: The email link for verification expires ONE HOUR after it is sent! IF THE EMAIL LINK EXPIRES, YOU MUST SEND AN EMAIL TO ENCOMPASS HELP TO HAVE YOUR ADMIN RE-ISSUE THE VERIFICATION LINK

  • After clicking the link in the email to verify the account, the borrower will be taken to the Log In page of the Borrower Portal
  • Borrower must login with the username and password they just created

  • Once the borrower logs into the portal, a task will show as a “Draft” with the current date. This is the application that was initiated and lead to the account creation
  • Borrowers will click the START button to continue with the online loan application
